Delete your account

You can delete your 5n1k account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open 5n1k and tap the profile icon at the top right of the Today screen to open Settings.
2. Tap Your account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. For security, confirm once more with Apple or Google (Verify with Apple and delete / Verify with Google and delete).

Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out on every device.

If you can't open the app

Send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account to privacy@5n1k.io. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days at the latest and let you know. If you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, send it from the real address that relay forwards to; we may ask for additional verification if needed.

What is deleted

• your display name, email address and language/region setting;
• your Apple and Google sign-in links (provider account id, email details); if you signed in with Apple, the app's connection at Apple is also revoked;
• all your sessions (revoked) and the IP addresses recorded with them;
• your customer record at RevenueCat.

Preferences stored on your device (language, memory, appearance, notification time) are removed from the device when you uninstall the app.

What is kept

• A closed account record: a random user id with no personal data, the “closed” status and the creation/deletion dates — kept to prevent reuse of the deleted account and for record integrity.
• The device record: a random install id, platform and app version, linked only to the closed record above.
• Purchase records: Apple, Google and (for legal obligations) RevenueCat keep transaction records under their own policies and tax/accounting laws.
• Server logs: deleted automatically within 30 days at most.
